When you submit a question or report, the system will provide you with a tracking code. To do so, you will need to enter this number on the main screen of this portal. We suggest you review the status of the report to view any changes in status or to address information requests.
The company will only inform the informant of the status of the investigation. The content and results of the investigation are confidential.

EthicsGlobal sends the information to the corresponding Ethics Committee within a maximum of 24 hours after the report has been made; due to the complexity of each particular case, the Ethics Committee will determine the investigation and resolution times for the reports made.
When you become aware of, are informed of, or are involved in a situation that violates any ethical behavior. As well as, when you have concerns or suggestions about an ethical or compliance issue that you would prefer to be handled by the Ethics Committee rather than directly with your manager or another person at work. The decision to use the Ethics Line is entirely voluntary.
At any time, a whistleblower may access the Ethics Line using the tracking code to provide new information, or report a reoccurrence. The new data provided may be incorporated while the investigation is ongoing.

As a listening channel, based on your reports we will be able to improve our system, take action on what we are not aware of and that could negatively affect the Company.

All Covered Personnel of the Company are responsible for immediately reporting violations of the Code of Ethics, as well as any other violation of the law or internal policies.
